Our Story

Gabriel Grana, founder of PMI Aventura, has spent more than a decade in the property management industry. That experience gave him a thorough understanding of how properties are run, what owners expect, and where most management companies fall short.

But the more time he spent in the industry, the more he saw a specific gap that nobody was filling well. Small to mid-size multifamily owners — those with properties between 10 and 150 units — were being managed by companies that were either too large to care or too inexperienced to add real value. Owners were not getting the financial transparency, the proactive communication, or the operational discipline their investments deserved.

To address that gap the right way, Gabriel partnered with PMI — Property Management Inc. — one of the largest and most respected property management franchise networks in the United States. That partnership gave PMI Aventura access to proven multifamily systems, best practices, and technology from day one, combined with Gabriel's local market knowledge and hands-on industry experience.
